In this workshop we will focus on releasing those tight areas in your body that hold stress and training your bodies to handle stress in a better way. Mindfully engaging your body and releasing the tension can greatly impact how your body reacts to stress. You will walk away feeling looser, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world!
