FAQ
What should I wear?
Regular attire includes t-shirt and shorts or something form fitting. Be prepare to have bare feet and come with an empty stomach. Please do not wear perfume or scented lotions.
Policies
We have 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel by contacting the studio or the instructor 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged for your missed class.
Private Sessions are by appointment only, but we do allow for walk ins during our group classes. We encourage your to sign up online to skip the paperwork that you would have to do in class.
*** WINTER STORM CANCELATIONS***
Classes may be canceled due to storm weather conditions please contact us before your class if a storm is scheduled to hit on that particular day or check our facebook for updates.
Refunds
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on single classes, or packages. In case of a class cancellation we will arrange with you to make up the class at a late date.
We will make exceptions for extreme cases where a client cannot come to class due to a serious injury or illness. If these cases do occur it is the responsibility of the client to notify Studio Elenas @ studioelenas@gmail.com.
