Group Classes

Regular group classes are held weekly, please book your spot bellow to attend any of our group classes. Class packages may also be bought online. Feel free to email or call with any questions surrounding online registration and package buying.

*** 24 Hours Cancellation Policy*** Please be advised we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel by contacting the studio or the instructor 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged for your missed class.
