Summer is here and so is the heat, but we aren't breaking a sweat! This month we are learning about cooling spices and how we can introduce them to our meals! We will be making and taking home cooling spice masala (mixture) and learning about the healing qualities of new and old ingredients. Some of the delicious recipes we will be learning will include:
- Delicious eggplant/pomegranate rolls
- Cleansing beet soup
- Mouth watering watermelon salad
- Divine avocado/strawberry dessert.
