Many of us live with tightness, instability and chronic pain in our neck and shoulders. This workshop will explore therapeutic asanas to bring mobility, strength and proper alignment to the complex arrangement of the cervical spine and shoulder girdle.
Beginning with deeply comforting restorative asanas on our studio yoga wall and progressing through variations of standing, forward bending, rotating, back bending and inverted postures to find ease, clarity, and freedom in neck and shoulders. For those with chronic neck and shoulders issues, this workshop will include a very specific set of asanas which will have healing benefits when practiced daily. Gain skills on how to create proper alignment with your neck and shoulders in your yoga practice and daily activities.
