Releasing The Tension with Alex Schroeder
I’ve discovered people put up with a lot of discomfort or pain because they assumed it was normal and unavoidable. Our everyday lives are stressful, and we hold all that stress in our bodies. Through my experience with pilates, I have watched people’s bodies strengthen, loosen, realign, and rejuvenate. Our bodies are meant to feel good and it is possible even if you’ve been injured. Pilates is an amazing body work method that builds up your body in a balanced, safe way. I would love for you to come and hear me talk more about this amazing work, and how it can help you personally improve your body by releasing the tension.
