Herbs and spices are the “Gems of Ayurvedic cooking”, they not only make food tastier, but help in digestion. Ayurvedic spices have healing qualities for specific health conditions and helps with balancing personal constitutions.
We will be learning how to prepare and take home samples and recipes of “Panch-masala” that can be stored for many weeks and even months. Panch masala is a combination of five whole spices used in a summer menu for vegetable and bean dishes
