COVID-19 Update!

As 2020 takes an unexpected turn, we feel that it is in the best interest of our students as well as us to temporarily close the studio to help slow the spread of COVID-19 virus. We are monitoring the situation closely and want to comply with what the governor and government feel is the best plan to combat this possibly deadly virus. 

That being said we are looking into holding virtual classes via facebook or Skype. We are working out the details and will be in touch shortly to help support our students in this stressful time. Virtual classes will work similar to what we have in the studio but in the comfort of your own home via the internet! We will make sure to modify classes so that anyone at home can participate. 

Singing up for these classes will the same as you always have through our Vagaro app.

As for our private patrons we hope to reopen as soon as the authorities have given us the green light. As we go forward we will be extending any class packages or private packages to be used going forward. We hope everyone can take the right precautions and stay safe!  As a small business your patronage means the world to us and we hope to see everyone at the studio once things clear up! Elena's dedication to fitness started in early childhood training as solo figure skater in Latvia, Europe. After moving with her family to North America, Elena has grown her love of fitness and has been successfully teaching and organizing Fitness classes for the past 12 years in South Florida. She has worked in some of the most reputable communities including Boca Raton Resort & Club, The Oaks of Boca Raton, Stone Bridge, Kiser University, and Park Summit just to name a few. Recently she fell in love with mountains and relocated to Boone North Carolina, where she opened up her own studio: Studio Elenas. Elena teaches Classical Style Pilates, which represents a unique approach to exercise in developing body awareness, core strength, increased flexibility and an ease of movement.
