We are teaming up with some amazing local healthy companies to give you a wonderful, mind-awakening healthy day out! Celebrating “every body” meaning any shape, any size. Prominent presenters in disciplines ranging from Yoga and Pilates to Ayurveda and meditation are known to motivate masses.
We will be offering classes and presentations on Yoga, Chair Yoga, Barre, and Mat Pilates, an Ayurvedic presentation on self-massage, chair massage experience, Yogic Breathing and Guided meditation with Sacred chanting.
We will conclude the day with a communal lunch buffet at Mint restaurant across the street. (lunch in not included in the price of admission)
