I hope everyone has had an amazing summer this year. As it comes to a close here is one more simple summer side before we slip into the warm embrace of winter. Enjoy this tangy, creamy, and sweet side to satisfy all your senses!
1 green mango-peeled and finely chopped.
1/2 cup sweet onion- peeled and finely chopped
1 cup red tomato- finely chopped
3 ripe avocados finely chopped
1 cup of fresh cilantro washed and chopped well
2 large fresh limes, juice squeezed
1-2 green chilly peppers, seeded and chopped
1tsp of black salt or regular salt
Combine all of the ingredients and serve right away.
Delicious with gluten free almond/rice crackers or blue corn chips!
